YouTubeAs a teacher, I see this a lot. Young men confused why young women aren’t as interested in video games as them. I also see young women confused why young men don’t understand this. The same reason young women don’t understand young men not being interested in Katherine Heigl films.

It’s not that we’re not interested in video games… it’s just that we hate being singled out for liking them. The day I can say “two enemies on B” over Xbox live and not derail the game with “Are you a chick? Hey, hey are you a chick?” comments will be the most comfortable day of my life.
