Why We Eat Turkey


I actually have little idea where the giant, gelatinous log of cranberry sauce comes from each year. Yet, every Thanksgiving there it is. One of life’s grand mysteries.

RICK: Why do we eat turkey for Thanksgiving?
JIMMY: I think it has to do with the Pilgrims.

RICK: So we eat turkey as a symbol of the Pilgrims?
JIMMY: No! They gave us turkey.

RICK: The country? And we just kept it?
JIMMY: Yep, it's where we keep all the cranberry sauce the rest of the year.
